They're the best! Techs are always competent and thoroughly explain the service - and the pricing is amazingly good. Tow drivers are always professional and reliable as well. Can't say enough good things about this place.

I've been going to Federal Towing for nearly 2 years. I've brought them my 04 Subaru Outback, my 02 Grand Caravan, my 04 Jeep, and my 16 Mini Cooper. They're experience is unmatched, able to diagnose and repair any job I've brought to them. They've always given me a fair price, even when I bring them a large job.

I've gone through a massive range of cars, and they've been able to service them all. I really appreciate the work they do, and how down-to-earth the whole staff is

My experience with Federal Auto was a very positive one. I've been to other automobile service and repair centers and in one case the diagnosis was wrong (they told me I needed an expensive air conditioner repair and it turned out my car computer just needed a reboot) and at another they tried to rip me off for a whole bunch of repairs which would have exceeded the value of the car! (another mechanic told me the repairs were not necessary) Federal was honest. I thought I needed a starter (an expensive repair), but they determined I just needed a new battery. They could have easily replaced my good starter and I would not have been the wiser. I believe their AAA endorsement is valuable to assuring prompt, courteous service. I highly recommend Federal Auto.

We had our Jeep Wrangler break down on the Merritt in CT and Federal, specifically RYAN, did an awesome job taking us back to Pennsylvania the same evening. It was really late and he was helpful, personable, and a pleasure to ride with for the three plus hours to get us home and safe. He was professional and made sure we were ok at every point of the trip!
